What attracted you to give Another Number a try?
I am a Hullomail customer and was contacted regarding Another Number. The service appealed to me as I was having to carry 2 phones.
What problem does Another Number solve for you?
It allows me to carry 1 phone and split my business calls
What is the biggest difference another number has made to you?
Being able to split call groups without the need to carry a 2nd phone as I use another number to split my business into 2. Client Calls & Contractor/Staff calls. It has made life a lot better.
Are there any features that you find particularly useful?
Do not Disturb allows me to decide when I am available to each call group.
How was the move from two phones to one?
Very easy I just notified people of the other number
How do you find the reliability and call quality?
Call quality is as good as on the other phone. I was concerned but I need not have been.
